In connection with the processing of contracts concluded by Sopocka Odessa, or in the implementation of the services provided, your data is processed not on the basis of consent, but due to the need to perform the concluded contract or fulfill the obligation arising from the law (e.g. tax regulations).

4. Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the period necessary to implement the legally justified interests of Sopocka Odessa, referred to in point. 3 above.

7. The Administrator makes every effort to provide all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, change, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations .
